The Plague Carrier is Dragon Pedals’ versatile interpretation of a classic RAT‑style circuit, designed to cover distortion, fuzz, and boost roles with ease. Built with flexibility in mind, it offers a wide range of usable tones that adapt to different guitars, amplifiers, and playing styles without losing character.
At higher gain settings, the Plague Carrier delivers thick, aggressive textures that move firmly into fuzz territory. Notes take on a raw, saturated edge with plenty of sustain, ideal for heavier riffs and expressive lead lines. Rolling the gain back unlocks smoother overdrive characteristics, where the pedal adds muscle and bite while remaining articulate and responsive. At its lowest gain settings, it functions as a gritty boost, pushing the front of your amplifier and adding presence without overwhelming your natural tone.
This broad gain range makes the Plague Carrier an excellent choice for players who want a single pedal to cover multiple roles on a board. As part of a range of boutique guitar pedals, it is voiced by ear to react naturally with picking dynamics and guitar volume changes. It excels when placed before an already driven amp, adding weight, focus, and authority.

This is a delivery to door service which means you shouldn't be involved in the delivery process other than being at the delivery address to sign for parcel. Note: some countries require the recipient to have ID available at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Dragon Pedals endeavours to ensure that all charges are covered but in some circumstances some additional charges may apply. Please be aware that YOU will be responsible for such charges. At the time of writing this has only ever involved the USA.
