What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atsales@dragonpedals.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

Items shown as in stock are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excludes weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Items shipped to the UK are shipped Next Day.

Items shipped Internationally take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Where are your products manufactured?

The best way to answer this questions is to say that our pedals are handmade in the UK with parts from around the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the UK is free.

International shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Please note that international shipping may be subject to Duty, Taxes and Charges.

DUTY and TAXES PAID

We pay all tariff fees and border charges for the following countries:  Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, The Republic of Ireland and the United States of America.

This is a delivery to door service which means you shouldn't be involved in the delivery process other than being at the delivery address to sign for parcel. Note: some countries require the recipient to have ID available at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details. 

Please note that such charges can be changed without notice by the importing country.  Dragon Pedals endeavours to ensure that all charges are covered but in some circumstances some additional charges may apply.  Please be aware that YOU will be responsible for such charges. At the time of writing this has only ever involved the USA.

IMPORT TAXES & FEES

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK, not mentioned above, may be subject to import charges, duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.

All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside our control and please be aware YOU will be responsible for these payments.

If you place an order and subsequently refuse your shipment and it is returned to us we will notify you that it has been returned and you will be liable for any additional shipping/import costs if we ship it a second time.

If you refuse your shipment and/or ask for your order to be cancelled due to your local import fees we will refund you once your refused parcel arrives back at Dragon Pedals. Please note that we will deduct the shipping costs, any fees payable and a restocking fee from your refund.

If you need to return an item, please note that customs duties are not always refundable. This varies depending on your country’s individual regulations.  For more information on your country’s import policy, please check with your local Customs office.

We cannot ship to Spain at this time due to the significant EPR/WEEE costs.
