Description
The B.O.G. Fuzz is a classic pedal inspired by legendary equipment. During 1969–1970, Jimi Hendrix performed at Woodstock, Berkeley, and the Fillmore East, reportedly using a distinctive red fuzz box with white knobs that produced a markedly different character from his Fuzz Face pedals.
While the original pedal and circuit schematic have been lost, the circuit is believed to have been derived from the Octavio design with the octave function removed. This pedal represents Dragon Pedals' interpretation of that iconic sound, utilising carefully selected transistors and proprietary modifications to optimise the design's performance.
Controlling fuzz intensity through your guitar's volume control—a technique favoured by vintage players—unlocks a comprehensive range of tonal possibilities. The pedal operates via a standard 9V centre-negative power supply only, with no internal battery option.
